About SS electrical

Hello my name is Scott Smith. The owner of SS Electrical. I come from a long line of family electricians. My father and two uncles are all licensed electricians. With this passion in our family I started my apprenticeship at a young age of 17. I stayed with the same company for the entire term of my apprenticeship. I was fortunate enough to do my training with a company that exposed me to an extremely wide variety of electrical practices. I got my electrical license as a red seal 309-A electrician in November of 2011. Soon after acquiring my license, I completed another electrical course to receive a license through the CFAA for installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire alarm safety systems.

I thrived in my trade and workplace, and soon found myself in a supervisor, foreman, and lead health and safety rep by 2014. In late year 2016, I had decided that I felt strongly about my electrical capabilities and decided to pursue my master electrician license. In year 2017 I passed my master electrician test and received my licence and opened SS Electrical. SS Electrical is registered with the ECRA and can be found on ESASAFE website as a certified electrical contractor.
